Deborah Fuhr is a trailblazer in the financial industry, Deborah Fuhr has made an indelible mark as the managing partner of ETFGI, a prominent independent research, event, and consultancy firm specializing in global Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) and Exchange Traded Products (ETP). Since founding the firm in 2012, she has steered it toward excellence.
Her career trajectory is a testament to her expertise. As the Global Head of ETF Research and Implementation Strategy at BlackRock, Inc. from 2008 to 2011, she shaped the ETF landscape. Prior to that, she held the position of Managing Director and led the Investment Strategies Group at Morgan Stanley from 1997 to 2008. Her tenure at Greenwich Associates as an associate further enriched her financial acumen.
Deborah played a pivotal role in founding Women in ETFs, a groundbreaking non-profit organization in 2014. As a Board member and Vice President, she championed gender diversity and empowerment within the ETF community. She serves as a Board member and Co-President of Women in ETFs EMEA.
She holds a BS degree from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
