The Gender Lens Investing (GLI) mini-certificate program delves into the complex realm of GLI strategies, explores its drivers, examines how we can measure its impact, and discusses the intersection of finance, gender equality, and societal progress. It provides insights on how to confidently implement GLI practices and delve into the realm of corporate governance, highlighting the significance of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors. The modules will also equip investors and employers with a comprehensive set of ten metrics to measure the measure the impact of GLI and bridge the gap between financial indicators and sustainability considerations. Concluding the program with an open panel featuring renowned experts from diverse backgrounds including finance, social sustainability, and business strategy, our panelists will collectively shed light on the transformative potential of GLI.
The mini certificate is comprised of three modules:

OBJECTIVES
PROGRAMS DETAILSThe program will be delivered in English with simultaneous interpretation to Arabic and French. The sessions will include case studies, interactive breakout sessions, experiential tools, and a Q&A session at the end.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE MINI-CERTIFICATE
At the end of the program, attendees will receive a mini certification from the American University of Beirut (AUB)'s Continuing Education Center (CEC) upon meeting the following conditions:
